I’m glad you found your way here.

The fact that you are tells me you’re listening to the part of yourself that knows something isn’t quite right. Perhaps you’ve experienced a recent loss, are living with the effects of trauma, or you can’t put your finger on why you’re here - you just know you need support.

I provide telehealth therapy to adults throughout Massachusetts, offering a space to slow down, make sense of what you're carrying, and reconnect with yourself with greater clarity and self-compassion.

Individual Therapy

I provide individual telehealth therapy for adults (18+) throughout Massachusetts and am currently accepting new clients.

Many of the people I work with are navigating the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, or life changes, such as marriage, divorce, and new children. Whether you’re responding to something recent or carrying experiences that have been with you for years, therapy offers a place to better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and move toward meaningful change.

Our work together is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and preferences. Depending on what is most helpful, our work together may be reflective and conversational, more structured and skills-based, or a combination of both. Early in our work together, we will develop an individualized treatment plan that guides our goals while allowing space for those goals to evolve over time.

I offer both short-term therapy for a specific concern and longer-term therapy for those seeking deeper exploration and lasting change.

I am currently a private-pay provider and do not accept insurance. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a Superbill for possible reimbursement. Because plans vary, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network coverage.

Common areas of focus include: Trauma & Healing, Life Changes & Transitions, Grief & Grieving, Depression and Anxiety.

Areas of Focus

Trauma & Healing

Trauma can continue to affect us long after the experience itself has passed, shaping the way we move through the world. It can show up in how we feel in, and about, our bodies; it may appear in the moments that replay themselves or the ones our minds have tucked away; and it can emerge in our self-talk and beliefs about the world. One of the most painful ways trauma can impact us is by eroding our ability to trust ourselves and others. When harm is caused by another person, healing often begins by experiencing a relationship rooted in safety, respect, and trust.

Because trauma can disrupt our sense of safety, therapy cannot be rushed. Rather than moving too quickly toward the painful parts of your story, we will first take the time to create the foundation needed for healing to happen.

As we move through this process, healing doesn’t mean forgetting what happened. It means changing your relationship with what happened, so it no longer defines your life or how you move through the world.

In our work together, we may explore:

  • How your experiences have shaped the way you see yourself and others.

  • The ways your mind & body have worked to protect you, even when those responses are no longer serving you.

  • How to rebuild trust in yourself, your instincts, and your relationships.

  • Ways to reduce the intensity and impact of trauma responses so they no longer keep you from living the life you want.

Life Changes

Whether big or small, chosen or unexpected, life is filled with change and the transitions that come along with them. It is often the transition - not the change itself - that feels most difficult, as we find ourselves no longer where we were, but not yet where we’re going. Some changes bring excitement and possibility, while others bring uncertainty, grief, or a sense of losing the familiar. Even when a change is something we wanted, it can still be difficult to adjust to the person we are becoming and the life we are moving toward.

When a change is something we did not choose, we may find ourselves grieving the future we once imagined. The plans we had made and pictures we carried in our minds can suddenly feel uncertain. Our photo albums, once filled with images of what we thought our lives would look like, can feel blank - and we’re left trying to understand what comes next.

Even changes we choose can bring their own sense of loss. We may celebrate welcoming a child while grieving a former version of ourselves. We may begin a new chapter while missing the people, places, or versions of us that came before. These parts of ourselves deserve recognition - not because we are meant to stay there, but because they helped shape who we are today.

Therapy is a place to listen more closely, and explore:

  • What parts of yourself are asking to be acknowledged?

  • What do you need in order to step into your next chapter?

  • How can you honor your past while recognizing your growth and resilience?

  • What support would help you navigate this transition with greater clarity and compassion?

A Quiet Place to Start

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed, burnout, or unsure if therapy is right for you, or simply aren’t sure what you would discuss, here are a few places we might start:

  • What would your life look like if your current struggles weren’t present?

  • Has anything like this shown up before — and how might your past still be influencing what you’re experiencing?

  • What strengths and resilience can we draw from, and where might we build further?

  • How might you begin to relate to yourself with more compassion, understanding, and patience?

  • What has been feeling hardest to carry alone?

If you’re interested in exploring these questions - or others - I invite you to schedule a consultation so we can get a sense of what it will be like to work together toward the life you seek.
